Leon’s path into real estate started early — helping build UMBC dormitories in the early 2000s gave him a working understanding of construction, condition, and what actually goes into making a property habitable. He bought his first investment property in 2004, and was licensed as a Realtor in 2015. Since then, the work has covered traditional listings, buyer representation, inherited and rental property situations, and investor-side conversations about acquisition, exit strategy, and renovation reality.
